These terms govern your use of the Wilburly Brands Inc. ("Wilburly Brands", "we", "us") website and subscription services. By subscribing to a plan or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — and if anything's unclear, just ask us.
We provide one-stop online presence services for small businesses through two subscription plans: Essential and Premium. Depending on your plan, services may include website design, hosting, domain registration, business email, a tracking number, logo design, brand kit and SEO. Exact inclusions are listed on the plan you select at checkout.
Our websites are informational, brochure-style sites. Our services do not include online stores or e-commerce, checkout or payment processing on your site, user accounts or login systems, membership or gated-content areas, online courses, paid subscriptions, payment-taking booking systems, or custom web applications and databases.
Because website and logo design costs are built into the subscription instead of charged up front, plans require a minimum one-year commitment. After the commitment period you may cancel or downgrade at any time. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any point, including during the commitment period.
We want you to feel confident starting with us. If you're not happy within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us and we'll refund the subscription fees you paid during that period — no hard feelings. The guarantee applies to your initial subscription and covers subscription fees; separately purchased one-time add-on services are excluded.
After the 30-day window, you may cancel once your commitment period ends, effective at the close of your current billing cycle. Because services and design work are delivered on an ongoing basis, subscription fees paid after the guarantee period are non-refundable except where required by law.
You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content, logos, images or business information you provide. You confirm you have the rights to any materials you send us to use in your website or brand assets.
Your site is maintained for you — there is no login or dashboard to manage. To update content, send us your request and we'll edit the site and republish it, typically within the same business day. Major redesigns or additional pages may require an add-on or a separate quote.
To keep quality high, we limit the number of new subscribers each year. Availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed until your subscription is confirmed.
We work hard to deliver reliable services, but to the maximum extent permitted by law, Wilburly Brands is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.

This policy explains what information Wilburly Brands Inc. collects, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We keep data collection to what we actually need to run your services.
Subscription payments are processed by PayPal under their own terms and privacy policy. We receive confirmation of your subscription but not your sensitive payment credentials.
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with trusted service providers (such as hosting, email and payment partners) as needed to deliver your services, or where required by law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Our hosting runs on secure infrastructure powered by 100% renewable energy. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
Our site uses minimal cookies and basic analytics to understand traffic and improve the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To make a request, email us at sarah@wilburlybrands.ca.
We keep your information for as long as your subscription is active and as needed to meet legal and operational requirements, then securely delete or anonymize it.
